I am Amber Leanna Short. I have been singing since the young age of 7 (publicly). I give all credit to God for giving me the gift of songwriting, a voice uniquely mine, the ability to hear harmony, and the ability to play musical instruments! 

My next biggest inspiration growing up was my Dad. He saw a talent in me and pushed me to chase my dreams. He is the reason i love the music that i do, he raised me up on bluegrass gospel, old country and rock n' roll. He tragically passed away in 2023 and that as you can imagine tore my world apart. 

So now, i keep singing, writing songs, playing music and sharing my voice with you all as my Dad would want me to. I love writing music that is relatable. I want to write those songs that make you feel things! Thats what music is all about.
